The constant research for alternatives in renewable energy with low index of residues, minimizing the impacts of global warming and also predicting the end of oil reserves, made Biotechnos, together with SENAI, project the construction of a mobile platform for the production of biodiesel, seeking sustainability through cooperation and employment of the assets of certain regions or productive areas. The reunion of various assets surrounding this work certifies it as one of the best planned Social Technology in the country. The company Biotechnos was in Rio de Janeiro, on invitation to show to thousands of carioca students and well-known personalities as His Excellency the Vice-President Dr. José Alencar, the President of FIRJAN Dr. Eduardo Eugênio, the President of SINDITEC Dr. Haroldo Collares and the President of the Pole of Technology – POLOTECH Rio Dr. Cesar Augusto Maia, its mobile production unit. Dr. Julia Favilla Maia, who was present accompanying the presidential delegation, said: “It’s very important and manageable to establish this work, it was wonderful to see closer the operation of this plant here in Rio Centro and realize that we have fields to be developed in our State.”
