Brazilian businessmen see good businesses in food and transport sectors while visiting Benin. There are a lot of opportunities on the African Continent; however the need of being in a country with a stable political environment limits a lot of them. The Brazilians were received by representatives of the government and businessmen, what has strengthened their interest. Besides they have noticed in their visits of different places the hospitality of the Beninese people. The Consul Mr. Cesar Augusto Maia has been interviewed by local newspapers and has highlighted the need to restore relations between the two brotherly countries, since the historical connection is great and both have economic needs that are complementary.
