On return journey from Benin's Honorary Consul Mr. Cesar Augusto Maia received the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro Motion of Congratulations to the Republic of Benin by the anniversary of independence. The President of ALERJ Mr Jorge Picciani welcomes to all citizens of Benin, on behalf of the Consul, which has contributed much to the strengthening of relations between the two countries.
