The meeting of the Latin American Institute – ILA whit the Board of Transpetro marks the start of talks for joint development of a partnership. This will provide, through a digital platform, a large survey of information and consequently the generation of knowledge that will be applied in the sectors of education and labor mainly by accelerating the generation of jobs and integrating in assertive training for labor - with the market.

The Managing Director of the Latin American Institute Dr. Augusto Cesar Maia presented, along with his staff the details of the system, giving examples of various reports that it allows generating. One example worth citing is to map the existence of a certain type of occupation in a region by the city, training school, full curriculum, differences and coincidences to a place offered on the market, each individual who is registered with it’s data . Thus the user, be it a student or professional, will find and have the answer of what he must have to achieve a post in real time. It is really a very complex job that allows intelligence through a developed and a large database that governments, employers, students, professionals and others, to discuss and prepare itself to achieve its goals and to monitor results and correct them in the shortest time.
