Futurecom is the main event of the telecommunication technology information of Latim America, is a marketing, enterprise and regulatory event that took place in 2008 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil at the Transamerica expo center.

Participating in the event were the most distinguished professionals of the telecommunication and of technology information, local operating companies as well as international suppliers of goods and services and corporate clients gathering all the strength of the market. Traditionally Anatel (Agency of telecommunication) and the communications ministry are a great importance at Futurecom.

One of the best presentation at the workshop was by the executive director Julia Favilla Maia and her President Cesar Augusto Maia, their data base called VCN. The data base treats the most complete group of information gathered and offered to accelerate the process oh information of people working in the sectors of education and health, the VCN also allows various types of informations which helps the government and enterprise sectors in their planning using the smart and costless shape, which is the most advanced environment of the internet and telephonies.
