In the event of the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro at the Light Cultural Center Theater, was held the nomination of representatives of each sector of the society in the State Council of Cities. Several authorities took part in the nomination, like the Vice-Governor, the President of ACRJ, the President of TELECOM, Deputies, Government Secretaries, Military Authorities, Businessmen, Community Leaders, besides a large number of guests and the press. The businessman Mr. Cesar Augusto Maia has been chosen as representative of the business sector. He declares: “The work of the State Council will be hard because it will be necessary to combine important points to serve as basis to the Municipal Councils so that it can answer the various questions of the 92 Municipalities.”
